Software Engineer- Python with Django
Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer for our Python Team, who will be responsible for building a world-class web application to enable and roll out new business opportunities around the globe. Therefore, the right candidate will ensure that engineering best practices are followed and that software is designed to be highly available, dynamically scalable, and resilient to continuity threats.
Responsibilities
- Developing core components for our SaaS-based products platform with Django Rest Framework.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to other Jr. software engineers.
- Develop MVPs quickly.
- Optimize performance of web applications and create and utilize best standards.
- Design, test, and documentation REST APIs,
- AWS implementation knowledge is a plus
- Version control (Git, Bitbucket, Gitlab)
Preferred Skills
- Expert in Python and Django framework and ORM.
- Understanding of multithreading/multiprocessing, generators and asynchronous operations in Python.
- Proper knowledge in Multi-User Authentication & Authorization Systems.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience developing RESTful services.
- Experience/knowledge of Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Task Scheduling, Notification.
- Solid knowledge of common algorithms, data structures, OOP (patterns and specific python implementations).
- Knowledge on Nginx, Ubuntu, Git.
Good to have (we can help you learn):
- Good understanding of React or any other JavaScript based modern frontend frameworks
- Experience of service-based architecture & multi-tier architecture.
- Knowledge about Broadcasting, Event & Listener.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in backend development
- Experienced with SQL(MySQL,Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB)
- Experienced with Redis is a plus
- Graduated from any reputed university in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed University or equivalent practical experience.
Employment Benefits
- Regular working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)
- Office Time: 10am to 6:30pm.
